MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON ROAD TRANSPORTATION
REGULATIONS, 1998

Under section 5( 1) of the Cross-border Road Transportation Act, 1996 (Act No. 18
of 1996) I hereby amend the Regulations promulgated under Government Notice 33
of 2 March 1998, by the substitution in regulation 3(1) for the amount "N$15,00" of
the amount "N$50,00."
