ALLIED HEALTH SERVICES PROFESSIONS ACT, 1993:
THE HOMOEOPATHIC BOARD: LEVYING OF ANNUAL
FEES. ON REGISTERED PERSONS

The Minister of Health and Social Services has, upon the recommendation of the
Homoeopathic Board, under section 46( I) of the Allied Health Services Professions
Act, I993 (Act 20 of I993), determined the fees to be paid annually by persons
registered with that Board as set out in the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
I.
The fees to be paid annually by persons registered as homoeopaths with
the 1-!omoeopathic Board under the Allied Health Services Professions Act, 1993
(Act'2o of I993), are N$100,00.
