ELECTORAL ACT, 1992:
DETERMINATION OF PERIOD FOR SUPPLEMENTARY REGISTRATION
OF VOTERS IN THE WANAHEDA CONSTITUENCY OF THE KHOMAS
REGION AND IN THE WALVIS BAY URBAN CONSTITUENCY OF THE
ERONGO REGION
Under the powers vested in me by section 15(1) of the Electoral Act, 1992 (Act No. 24 of
1992), I hereby determine that a supplementary registration of voters shall take place(a)

in the Wanaheda Constituency in the Khomas Region; and

(b)

in the Walvis Bay Urban Constituency in the Erongo Region,

during the period 17 May 1999 to 24 May 1999 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of
a by-election to be held in both those constituencies during the month of June 1999.
Given under my hand and the Seal of the Republic ofNamibia at Windhoek this 16th day
of April, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-nine.
