EXTENSION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT: CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
Under section 71(5) of the Labour Act, 2007 (Act No. 11 of 2007), and at the request of the Construction Industries Federation of Namibia and Metal and Allied Namibian Workers Union, I declare that
the provisions of the collective agreement dated 20 June 2011, set out in the Schedule, are extended
to all employers and employees in the Construction Industry.
