DETERMINATION OF DATE OF HOLDING OF BY-ELECTION OF A MEMBER
TO THE REGIONAL COUNCIL OF TOBIAS HAINYEKO CONSTITUENCY:
KHOMAS REGION: REGIONAL COUNCILS ACT, 1992

Under the powers vested in me by section 10(3) of the Regional Councils Act, 1992 (Act No. 22 of
1992), I determine 31 October 2008 as the date for the holding of a by-election of a member to the
regional council of Tobias Hainyeko Constituency in the Khomas Region.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek this 15th day of August,
