RULES OF THE ELECTORAL TRIBUNAL OF NAMIBIA: ELECTORAL ACT, 2014
Under section 206 of the Electoral Act, 2014 (Act No. 5 of 2014) after consultation with the
Magistrates Commission, I have made the rules for the conduct of proceedings of the electoral
tribunal as set out in the Schedule.
