COMMENCEMENT OF PART XI OF THE
LABOUR ACT, 1992

Under the powers vested in me by section 117 of the Labour Act, 1992 (Act 6 of
1992), I hereby determine that the provisions of Part XI and of section 116 of that
Act shall come into operation on 31 July 1997.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek this 3rd
day of July, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-seven.
