LABOUR ACT, 1992: ASSIGNMENT OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE
REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF
EMPLOYEES AT WORK
Under the powers vested in me by section 102 of the Labour Act, 1992 (Act 6 of
1992), I hereby assign the administration of the Regulations relating to the Health
and Safety of Employees at Work made under section 101 of that Act, in so far as
they relate to certain specific actions, to be exercised and performed by the Minister
or Ministers as set out in the Schedule.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek this
24th day of June, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Seven.
