NOTICE OF DECISION OF COMMISSION REGARDING EXEMPTION IN
RESPECT OF PROFESSIONAL RULES
CASE NO.: 2010DEC0054EXEMP
Competition Act, 2003 (Act No. 2 of 2003)
(Section 31(4), Rule 25(5))

1.

The above named applicant association has applied to the Commission on 16 December
2010 for an exemption in respect of professional rules as contemplated in section 31(1) of
the Act.

2.

The Commission gives notice of its decision in terms of section 31(4)(c) of the Act of its
decision to grant in part and refuse in part the exemption concerned.
