AMENDMENT OF THE DEEDS REGISTRIES REGULATIONS

The deeds registries regulations board has under section 10 of the Deeds Registries Act,
1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937), made the regulations as set out in the Schedule, which
regulations have been approved by the Minister.
SCHEDULE
1.
In these regulations “the Regulations” means the Deeds Registries
Regulations promulgated under Government Notice No. 180 of 1 July 1996.

Regulation 3 of the Regulations is amended by the substitution for the words
“First Schedule to the Redefinition of Magisterial Districts Proclamation, 1950
(Proclamation 15 of 1950)” of the words “Schedule to Government Notice No. 23 of 17
February 1994”.

Regulation 4 of the Regulations is amended by the deletion of the word

Regulation 8 of the Regulations is amended -

by the substitution in paragraph (a) of subregulation (1) for the word “names”
of the words “full names, marital status”; and
