MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT, 1951 (ACT NO. 57 OF 1951 ):
CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS FOR FISHING VESSELS
The Minister of Works, Transport and Communication has under section 356 of the
Merchant Shipping Act, 1951 (a)

made the Regulations set out in the Schedule; and

(b)

repealed the Regulations Promulgated by Government Notice No. 79 of 19 January
1968, in so far as they apply to fishing vessels.
