NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED AMOUNTS IN RESPECT OF MONIES PAYABLE
FROM THE ACCIDENT FUND AND BY EMPLOYERS INDIVIDUALLY LIABLE,
FOR THE PERIODS OF 29 DECEMBER 2003 - 21 MAY 2004 AND 1 OCTOBER
2003 - 12 MAY 2004: EMPLOYEES’ COMPENSATION ACT, 1941
In terms of regulation 19(2)(a) of the regulations made under section 107 of the Employees’
Compensation Act, 1941 (Act No. 30 of 1941), and promulgated under Government
Notice No. R. 581 of 1 September 1961 (a)

details of all amounts, payable to persons under that Act, which have remained
unpaid for a period exceeding twelve months and of the persons to whom such
amounts are payable are set out in the Schedule; and

(b)

any person claiming payment of an amount referred to in paragraph (a) is called
upon to lodge such claim with the Social Security Commission, Private Bag 13223,
Windhoek within a period of one month from the date of this notice.
