FEES PAYABLE TO THE NURSING COUNCIL OF NAMIBIA
IN TERMS OF SECTION 28 OF THE NURSING ACT, 2004

The President of the Interim Nursing Council of Namibia makes known under section
28(3) of the Nursing Act, 2004 (Act No. 8 of 2004), that the Interim Nursing Council has
with the approval of the Minister of Health and Social Services (a)

determined the fees payable to the Council, in terms of the Act, as set out in the
Schedule; and

(b)

withdrawn Government Notice No. 178 of 15 July 2000 and No. 73 of 2 May
2001.
