ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMMUTAL OF
SENTENCES OF DEATH

In terms of sub-article (8) of Article 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of
Namibia, I hereby announce that I have on the 2nd May 1991, by virtue of
the powers vested in me by sub-article 3(d) of the said Article 32, commuted
the death sentence imposed on the accused mentioned in Column 1 of the
Schedule hereto, and substitute a sentence of imprisonment in place thereof
as set out in Column 2 of the Schedule.
Given under my Hand and Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek on
this 2nd day of May, One thousand Nine hundred and Ninety-one.
