APPOINTMENT OF OMBUDSMAN UNDER ARTICLE 90
OF THE NAMIBIAN CONSTITUTION
By virtue of the powers vested in me by Article 90 of the Namibian
Constitution, I have, on recommendation of the Judicial Service Commission, appointed Advocate Fanuel Jariretundu Kozonguizi as Ombudsman with effect from I May 1992.
