ELECTORAL ACT, 1992: BY-ELECTION FOR THE GOBABIS
CONSTITUENCY OF THE OMAHEKE REGION: PUBLICATION
OF CANDIDATES, POLLING DAYS AND POLLING STATIONS
Under paragraph (b) of section 64(5) of the Electoral Act, 1992 (Act 24 of
1992), it is hereby made known (a) that a poll shall be taken on 2 June 1995 for the election of a member of
the Omaheke Regional Council forthe Gobabis Constituency;
(b) that each person whose names, registration number and residential
address appears in Column 1 of the Schedule hereto has in terms of
section 64(1) of the said Act been declared to be duly nominated in
respect of the Gobabis Constituency and that such person has been
•C nominated by the political party opposite his name in Column 1;
