REGULATIONS FOR CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS FOR
REGIONAL COUNCILS AND LOCAL AUTHORITY COUNCILS
The Electoral Commission has, under section 130 of the Electoral Act, 1992
(Act 24 of 1992), made the regulations as set out in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE
Definitions

I. In these regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates, "the Act"
means the Electoral Act, 1992 (Act 24 of 1992), and any term or expression to
whch a meaning has been assigned in the Act, shall have the meaning so
assigned.
