AMENDMENT OF STANDARD BUILDING REGULATIONS:
LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT, 1992

Under section 94(1) of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992), after consultation with
the Minister of Urban and Rural Development, the Town Council of Swakopmund has amended the
regulations set out in the Schedule.

Definitions

1. In these regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates -

“Amendment Scheme” means the Swakopmund Town Planning Amendment Scheme;
