ADDITIONAL PUBLIC ENTERPRISES TO SCHEDULE 1: PUBLIC ENTERPRISES
GOVERNANCE ACT, 2006

Under section 47 of the Public Enterprises Governance Act, 2006 (Act No. 2 of 2006), I amend
Schedule 1 to the Act by the substitution of the Schedule therefor set out below.
