NOTICE OF APPLICATION OF SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS:
PETROLEUM PRODUCTS AND ENERGY ACT, 1990

Under of section 2 and 2A of the Petroleum Products and Energy Act, 1990, (Act No. 13 of 1990), I
give notice that -

(a) I have set the specification and standards of petroleum products and storage as set out in the
Schedule; and

(b) a copy of every code of practice, specification and standard mentioned in the Schedule may
be inspected free of charge during office hours at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, No. 1
Aviation Road, Windhoek.
