BULK WATER SUPPLY TARIFFS DETERMINED IN TERMS OF THE NAMIBIA WATER
CORPORATION ACT, 1997 (ACT NO. 12 OF 1997)

In terms of section 7(3) of the Namibia Water Corporation Act, 1997 (Act No. 12 of 1997), it is
made known that the Namibia Water Corporation Limited has, in consultation with the Minister of
Agriculture, Water and Forestry, determined -

(a) The bulk water supply tariffs as set out in he Schedule; and

(b) 1 May 2016 as the date on which such tariffs shall come into operation.
