STREET TRADING REGULATIONS: LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT, 1992

The Council of Omaruru, after consultation with the Minister of Urban and Rural Development, has
under section 94(1) of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992), made the regulations
set out in the Schedule.
