DOG CONTROL REGULATIONS: LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT, 1992

The Council of the Municipality of Omaruru has, under section 94(1)(af) of the Local Authorities Act,
1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992) after consultation with the Minister of Regional and Local Government,
Housing and Rural Development, made the regulations set out in the Schedule.
