there are no grounds of appeal, properly so called.
[2] That
being the case upon the authority of S
v Gey Van Pittius and Another 1990
NR 35 there is no valid Appeal properly before the Court. And we
accept the authority as good law.
[3] That being the case the
appeal is dismissed.
